Enhancing Intimacy for Couples Through Design
In 2023, GizmoSpring collaborated with Promescent to create a series of entry-level adult toys aimed at couples. We focused on creating a line of products around Promescent’s brand identity that emphasizes ease of use, comfort, and quality aesthetics. This Promescent case study shares what our team learned during the development of this product line.
Focusing on Form for Function
Our team focused on creating a design that felt approachable, visually appealing, and enhances pleasure through thoughtful ergonomics. Through dozens of prototypes, we landed on a distinct “twisting” aesthetic. We chose this form not just for its sculptural beauty, but also because it guides movement and stimulates with dynamic contact.
Control on Internal and External Stimulation
The Rabbit vibrator uses a flexible design that allows users to position the smaller head on the clitoris and the larger one inside the vagina. This design lets users adjust internal depth while maintaining external stimulation, addressing personal comfort and preferences.
Creating a Dynamic Stroking Rhythm
The Ring wraps around a soft or slightly erect penis. Users adjust the ring’s head up or down according to preference, and stretch the strap over the testicles to delay effects. This adaptability gives users more control over their experience
Clitoral Stimulation
The Bullet, resembling a lipstick container, targets clitoral stimulation. Its curved dip gently embraces the clitoral glans and lets users adjust pressure through flexible vibration, creating a personalized, comfortable experience.
The Final Result
Our client approved our work and added the three devices to their existing product line. This case study also provides our team with valuable insights about product synergy in the adult toy industry.
